Server – Join Our Dining Services Team

What You'll Do

As a valued member of our Dining Services team, you will:

- Provide friendly, professional table service to community members during meal times.
- Take food and beverage orders and ensure meals are served accurately and promptly.
- Set up and prepare the dining room before each service.
- Clear, clean, and reset tables to maintain a welcoming dining environment.
- Assist with washing dishes, cutlery, and dining service equipment as needed.
- Help maintain the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas.
- Support catering events, celebrations, and themed activities throughout the community.
- Follow all provincial regulations, food safety standards, and Harbour Hill policies and procedures.




- Perform other duties as assigned to support the dining services team.

What We're Looking For

- Valid SMART Serve Certification.
- Previous experience in food service is an asset.
- Experience working with older adults or in a retirement community is considered an asset.
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to work well as part of a team.
- Ability to lift and carry hot or heavy items safely and remain standing and walking for the majority of each shift.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of seniors.
