Located on the shores of beautiful Lake Rosseau, we specialize in summer camp, school trips, group retreats and leadership development for all ages. We exist to inspire youth to shape their world.

The Role: Assistant Camp Store Manager

The Assistant Camp Store Manager helps lead the day-to-day operations of the Muskoka Woods Camp Store, supporting exceptional guest service, maximizing revenue in high-margin areas (such as coffee and ice cream), and ensuring smooth operational flow. This role provides leadership on the floor, oversees seasonal team members, and supports reporting, merchandising, and product development efforts.

What You Bring

- Post-secondary education in business, retail management, hospitality, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail, hospitality, food service, or a related customer service environment.
- Experience supervising, coaching, or training team members.
- Proficiency with POS systems; experience with reporting tools is an asset.
- Solid customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Creative approach to merchandising and product presentation.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving,



and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
- Positive, adaptable, and self-motivated, with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
- Flexible to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and seasonal extended hours.
- Valid driver's license with the ability to drive in Ontario.
- Passion for youth ministry, camping, and leadership development, with values aligned to Muskoka Woods' Core Values and Core Leaves.
