Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Finance Business Partner to join our dynamic finance team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to influence financial decision-making, support business growth, and drive continuous improvement across various departments. Fluency in French and proficiency with multiple ERP and business intelligence tools are highly desirable. Duties

- Collaborate closely with senior leadership to develop financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Provide comprehensive financial analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis using advanced Excel functions and data visualization tools like Power BI and Tableau
- Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics GP, and Hyperion to streamline financial processes
- Conduct research and analysis on investment opportunities, market trends, and operational efficiencies to inform strategic decisions
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Access for internal stakeholders and external auditors
- Lead or participate in audits by ensuring compliance with accounting standards and internal controls
- Utilize SQL, VBA, and database management skills to extract data from various sources for analysis




- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements within finance operations
- Maintain accurate records within accounting software and databases while ensuring data integrity across systems
- Communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders in both English and French

Skills

- Extensive experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics GP, NetSuite, Hyperion, and other accounting software
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel (advanced functions), Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, VBA, and data visualization tools
- Bilingual fluency in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Deep understanding of accounting principles, auditing standards, budgeting processes, and investment analysis within financial services or investment banking sectors
- Demonstrated research capabilities coupled with strong analytical skills for business intelligence insights
- Expertise in databases management including SQL knowledge for data extraction and manipulation
- Ability to interpret complex data sets into actionable insights through effective analysis skills
- Experience with continuous improvement methodologies aimed at optimizing finance operations
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively across departments while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $68,023.05-$110,381.98 per year
