We are looking for a coordinator who recently graduated with a construction background. Commercial or industrial experience is an asset. Eager to grow with a medium sized, expanding firm.

Position Summary

The Project Coordinator supports the successful planning, coordination, and execution of Industrial, Commercial, and Institutional (ICI) construction projects throughout Ontario. This role works closely with project managers, site superintendents, consultants, subcontractors, and clients to help ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements. This is an in-office position, no work from home.

Qualifications

- Postsecondary education in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architectural Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Ontario construction practices, contracts, and regulations.
- Familiarity with CCDC contracts and construction documentation processes.
- Robust organizational and time management skills.




- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in:
- Microsoft Office Suite
- Microsoft Project or Primavera P6
- Procore, Bluebeam, Autodesk Construction Cloud, or similar project management software

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with public sector, institutional, healthcare, educational, commercial, or industrial projects.
- Understanding of Ontario Building Code and Occupational Health & Safety Act requirements.
- Gold Seal Certification or PMP designation considered an asset.
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence and ability to travel to project sites.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$65,000.00 per year
