Founded by a leadership team of veteran industry professionals, we specialize in high-stakes business valuation, damages quantification, forensic accounting, and transaction advisory services. What We’re Looking For

We are seeking financial professionals to join our growing team – available positions include Associate, Senior Associate, and Director. We seek individuals who thrive on intellectual challenge, take pride in rigorous technical execution, and seek a platform to grow their personal brand as well as that of the firm.

Qualifications

- Professional Designation: CPA and/or a CBV (or be actively tracking toward completion).
- Experience: 2 to 8 years of post-graduation experience within a professional services environment in Canada,



specializing in business valuation, litigation support, corporate finance, or financial damages quantification.
- Technical Skills: Advanced financial modeling, financial statement analysis, and data-driven problem-solving capabilities.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear, cohesive components of expert reports, valuation summaries, or client deliverables.
- Mindset: A solid attention to detail balanced with the ability to see the big picture.
- Business Development: An interest in business development, as we believe these skills are critical at all stages of career growth.
