We are currently seeking a Maintenance Helper to support the upkeep, repair, and general maintenance of our warehouse and facility.

What You'll Do

- Assist with routine building and warehouse maintenance.
- Perform minor repairs including painting, drywall patching, shelving, doors, and fixtures.
- Complete preventative maintenance tasks on warehouse equipment and facility assets.
- Help maintain warehouse racking, workstations, and storage areas.
- Conduct general grounds maintenance, including seasonal snow removal and outdoor cleanup.
- Replace lights, ceiling tiles, and other building components as needed.
- Support maintenance of conveyors, dock equipment, pallet jacks,



and other warehouse equipment.
- Keep maintenance areas organized, clean, and well stocked.
- Safely operate hand and power tools.
- Assist outside contractors when required.
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely manner.
- Follow all company safety policies and food safety procedures.
- Perform other maintenance and warehouse duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

- Previous maintenance, warehouse, or construction experience is considered an asset.
- Mechanical aptitude and the ability to troubleshoot basic maintenance issues.
- Comfortable using common hand and power tools.
- Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable with excellent attendance.
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Forklift certification is an asset (training may be provided).
