Responsibilities

- Climb towers and structures safely using appropriate climbing gear and techniques to install, repair, or maintain telecommunication equipment.
- Install, troubleshoot, and maintain network infrastructure.
- Perform routine inspections of tower components, grounding systems, and safety devices to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Follow detailed work procedures for telephony systems, fiber optics, and other communication technologies while adhering to safety protocols at all times.




- Repair/Troubleshoot/Program 2-Way Radios & Equipment
- Repair/Troubleshoot/Install Cellular Booster & Networking Systems

Qualifications

- Proven experience with electrical systems, telecommunication installations, or related technical fields.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure including WAN configurations, low voltage wiring, and telephony systems.
- Solid understanding of safety procedures related to tower climbing, working at heights, and electrical work.
- Physical ability to climb towers regularly, lift heavy equipment, and work in elevated environments.
