As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. Duties:

- Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere

- Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar

- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information to patients

- Verify insurance coverage and process insurance claims

- Collect payments and maintain accurate financial records

- Maintain patient records and update electronic medical records (Dentrix)

- Assist with billing and coding procedures

- Coordinate with dental staff to ensure efficient patient flow

- Manage office supplies and inventory

Skills:

- Previous experience working in a dental office setting

- Proficient in using electronic dental records systems (Dentrix)





- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures

- Strong administrative and organizational skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping

- Customer service-oriented mindset
