As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating an outstanding experience from the moment they walk through our doors. If you love working with people and are passionate about client care, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

- Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones and manage appointment bookings
- Check clients in and out while processing payments
- Recommend and sell professional salon and spa products
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and inviting reception area
- Support our service providers by ensuring schedules run smoothly
- Assist with administrative tasks and daily salon operations

What We're Looking For

- A positive,



outgoing personality with excellent communication skills
- Exceptional customer service and hospitality mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask
- Comfortable using computers and learning salon software
- Previous reception, retail, or customer service experience is an asset, but we're happy to train the right person
