We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving sales through excellent communication, product knowledge, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include assisting customers, managing transactions, and promoting products in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting them with their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
- Utilize technology sales techniques to enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
- Maintain an organized sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for transactions, ensuring accurate cash handling and cashiering duties.
- Upsell products by identifying customer needs and recommending suitable options.
- Manage inventory levels and assist with restocking as necessary.




- Exhibit strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate effectively with customers, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette when required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse customers.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly work environment.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Proficiency in technical sales concepts is a plus, along with experience in merchandising strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to interact positively with customers and team members alike.

Job Types: Part time, Permanent, Casual

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
