Part Time Customer Service Associate / Budtender (Front of House)

The Original FARM is a leading cannabis retailer that empowers the customer to take the best-informed decision through thoughtful and innovative customer experience.

We are cannabis educators, sharing our passion and acquired knowledge with every customer.

The Sales associate/Budtender reports to the Store Manager, FOH Assistant Manager, FOH Supervisor The responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

Customer Experience:

· Drive the store sales through personal sales

· Expand the customer data base and build brand loyalty

· Represent the values of The Original FARM Cannabis brand with utmost integrity

· Model a customer service centric culture that fosters a positive work workplace and experience

· Address all customer concerns in a timely and empathetic manner

· Maintain the store ambiance at the required standards including cleanliness, audio, digital assets as well as Health and Safety regulations

· Ensure the brand values are consistently represented through compliance to all policies and procedures

· Ensure that the customer service standards and product knowledge programs are implemented on an on-going basis





· Promote a work environment based on mutual respect and teamwork that align with the corporate values

· Maintain a positive team work environment

Operational Efficiency

· Ensure compliance with all policies and procedures

· Ensure timely and seamless execution of all company initiatives and programs

· Execute store opening and closing procedures including counting till funds, completing cash reconciliations, opening, and closing registers, securing facility, and database management (ensuring financial accuracy)

· Accuracy in worked time recording

· Accuracy and proficiency in cash management and use of POS system

· On going desire to learn and update oneself on the product knowledge

Skills and Abilities Required:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· Proven ability to work with retail operating systems

· Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills

· Strong work ethics
