ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Demonstrate clear passion for making an impact in business transformation

Support Strategic transformation projects, focused on Data assessment & Analysis

Collaborate with Business & Digital team to identify pain points and opportunities for digital innovation.

Participate in implementing solutions that enhance customer engagement, sales performance, and operational efficiency

Support process improvement and operational effectiveness approaches

Use analytics tools to simulate and support decision making process MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: An interest in upskilling for a digital world and technology trends, an openness to learning new tools and adapting how you work

Proven problem solving, critical thinking, and ability to make connections between information and concepts from different sources Strong analytical skills, experience with Power BI or equivalent

Strong technical coding skills, such as sql, python

Ability to work within a fast-paced, collaborative, and team-based project setting
