The ICHSC Associate is an important position within the ICHSC, Surgical & Diagnostic team at Health Standards Organization, reporting to the Program Manager. This position is an entry level role where you will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support delivering our programs with surgical/medical and diagnostic imaging clients.
The ICHSC Associate will manage critical timelines, organize data, coordinate logistics, and ensure smooth operational execution at all stages in our program delivery. You will manage multiple priorities, and client needs while contributing to process improvement and managing productive workflows within the ICHSC, Surgical & Diagnostic team.
Main Responsibilities: Participate in program planning and implementation to support client needs.
Providing client support, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues quickly.
Coordinate logistics for on-site surveys and inspections.
Edit, format and quality check reports and documents.
Manage and update client contact information.
Maintain the internal CRM database for efficient access to information.
Support our client Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including tracking renewal cycles.
Organize and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and follow-up reports. Offer clients end-user support and administrator guidance when accessing HSO’s digital platforms and applications.
Must Have Qualifications: College Diploma or University Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare, or a related field, with equivalent experience. 3+ years of progressive and varied experience in client services preferably in healthcare or social services.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities with great attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint) and Smartsheet.
Desired Qualifications: Familiarity with health accreditation programs, healthcare standards and patient safety processes.
Clinical experience (Surgical or Diagnostic Labs is an asset).
Working knowledge of CRM tools.
