Apply today!The Role:The Installation Coordinator works with various teams at PBS to coordinate and facilitate dealership DMS installations from intake through to go-live.

This role ensures that all installation requirements are understood, resources are aligned, and communication is maintained across teams and customers. The coordinator acts as the central point of coordination to ensure successful and efficient installation experience for both the customer and PBS.Job Responsibilities:Receive and review all orders for new installations to confirm scope, requirements, and readinessGather and validate all required dealership and system information to support a successful installationCoordinate installation timelines, onsite visits, and resource scheduling across teamsMonitor pre-install readiness and ensure all required tasks and checklists are completed prior to installAct as the primary point of coordination between Install Tech, Dealer Services, Training,
