Duties

- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to guide construction activities accurately
- Construct, install, repair, and restore structures such as walls, siding, concrete forms, and frameworks using hand tools and power tools
- Operate heavy equipment safely for tasks like excavation, lifting, and material transport
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including pouring, smoothing, and sealing surfaces to ensure durability and quality
- Use woodworking skills for framing, cabinetry, or custom carpentry projects as needed
- Assist with concrete forming and reinforcement to prepare for pouring and curing processes
- Conduct heavy lifting safely while adhering to safety protocols during all phases of construction projects




- Utilize welding techniques where necessary for structural repairs or assembly
- Follow safety guidelines consistently to prevent accidents and ensure a secure work environment

Skills

- Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of concrete forming, finishing techniques, and restoration methods
- Skilled in siding installation and general carpentry tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Experience operating heavy equipment such as forklifts or excavators with proper certification if required
