The Leo is a brand-new seafood and steak destination opening in Downtown Markham, led by Michelin-starred chef Alvin Leung. We’re looking for passionate, driven Back of House team members who thrive in a fast-paced environment and care deeply about great food, clean execution, and strong teamwork.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Prepare and cook menu items with precision, consistency, and care
- Maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Plate and present dishes that look as good as they taste
- Work efficiently during busy services while supporting your teammates
- Follow proper food handling and health & safety procedures
- Keep the kitchen organized, stocked, and service-ready
- Jump in where needed to keep service smooth and on time

What We’re Looking For

- Previous kitchen or restaurant experience is a plus,



but attitude matters most
- Solid understanding of food prep, cooking techniques, and food safety
- Ability to stay sharp and focused in a high-energy environment
- Strong communication skills and a true team-first mindset
- Versatile availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- A genuine desire to learn, improve, and grow in a professional kitchen
