Overview
We are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our team as a breakfast and hotel assistance staff member. This role involves providing excellent guest service, supporting food service operations, and ensuring a welcoming environment for hotel guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in food service, hospitality, or customer service, with a strong focus on cleanliness, food safety, and guest satisfaction.

Duties

- Prepare and serve breakfast to hotel guests in a timely and professional manner
- Assist with food preparation, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
- Manage food handling and safety protocols according to health regulations
- Operate POS systems for meal orders and transactions, including Micros POS if applicable
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, kitchen, and service stations through regular cleaning routines
- Support hotel staff with guest services, including answering questions and providing information about hotel amenities
- Assist with meal setup, replenishing supplies, and ensuring smooth operation during service hours
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly




- Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences

Qualifications

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling procedures
- Experience with POS systems such as Micros POS or similar platforms is a plus
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with guests and team members
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Basic cooking skills and experience with meal preparation are advantageous
- Experience in hotel settings or as a barista can be beneficial but not mandatory
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedule during breakfast service times
