Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide friendly, professional assistance
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales
- Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
- Conduct product demos and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Maintain merchandising standards by organizing displays and ensuring product availability
- Offer technical sales support by explaining product features and benefits to customers
- Manage phone inquiries with excellent phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and providing information as needed
- Assist in inventory management tasks such as stock replenishment and basic merchandising organization
- Demonstrate strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining quality service
Qualifications
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve our diverse customer base effectively
- Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service is advantageous
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers confidently and clearly
- Technical sales experience or knowledge of technology products is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a rapid-paced environment
- Ability to demonstrate patience, professionalism, and positive attitude at all times
