Summary

We are seeking dedicated Team Leaders (Night Shift) to join the Produce Express team.

This role is essential in supporting smooth and efficient overnight operations while leading, coaching, and developing a team committed to delivering quality products and exceptional service. The successful candidates will help drive operational excellence, continuous improvement, and a positive workplace culture while ensuring production goals, safety standards, and company values are consistently achieved.

Responsibilities

Cross-Departmental Support and Coordination

- Work with retail, wholesale,



and schools teams to ensure production results are met
- Report directly to and support the Operations Manager (Night-Shift)

Training and Continuous Improvement

- Lead and execute on training program for night shift associates.
- Work with associates to continue to increase product and quality knowledge.

Inventory Cross Training and Support

- Work with the inventory team to ensure coverage in receiving, quality checks, and ERP management

Team Support and Training

- Assist with onboarding, training, and mentoring team members to ensure consistency in performance and alignment with the company's values

Health and Safety

- Model and promote adherence to health and safety standards to ensure a safe work environment

Assist in Leading Continuous Improvement and Warehouse Cleanliness Initiatives

Qualifications

- Previous leadership or team lead experience in a warehouse, production, food processing, or similar rapid-paced environment preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach, support, and motivate team members.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory processes, quality standards, and production workflows.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives and Lean principles is an asset.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality, accuracy, and meeting deadlines.




- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating with multiple departments.
- Proficiency with computers and experience using ERP systems is an asset.
- Ability to work the Night Shift schedule and support operational needs.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment and following all health and safety procedures

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour
