We are currently seeking independent cleaners to join our growing team. This is a self-employed opportunity, ideal for experienced cleaners who take pride in delivering high-quality work and prefer the flexibility of managing their own schedule.
As a cleaner, you will be responsible for providing professional residential cleaning services while maintaining your own equipment, and transportation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed residential cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing
- Manage your time efficiently to complete jobs within scheduled appointments
- Maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Communicate professionally with clients to meet their specific needs
- Follow all health and safety standards
- Ensure each home is left clean, organized, and up to high-quality standards
Requirements (Casual Role)
- Must be self-employed
- Minimum 2 years of residential cleaning experience required
- Robust attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Must have own vehicle and reliable transportation
- Must have own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have a smartphone with a data plan
