Location:Richmond

Salary Range: $25 to $50 per hour (Based on Experience and Performance)





responsibilities will include:

- Conduct material take-offs and generate bill of materials (BOM) for electrical projects.
- Work closely with project managers to meet deadlines and project requirements.
- Getting quotes from different electrical suppliers
- Place purchase order of electrical materials for construction process
- Submit RFI and submittals as needed based on project feedback and changes.
- Assist in the coordination of electrical design with other disciplines as required.
- Review power distribution BOM and design (need experience)

Qualifications: To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

- Fluent English Speaking and strong communication skills
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in electrical drafting and design.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam is essential.
- Familiarity with electrical materials (will test your knowledge)
- Experience of electrical drawing take-off and software.
- Knowledge of electrical codes and standards.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn and adapt to new technologies.
- Proficiency of Residential construction experience is bonus (know the construction sequence)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $52,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
