Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented full-time Bookkeeper to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting overall accounting operations. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working with various accounting software tools. Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate financial records by recording transactions using accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
- Perform bank reconciliations regularly to verify account balances and identify discrepancies.
- Conduct account analysis to monitor financial activities and prepare reports for management review.
- Assist with payroll processing, ensuring employee payments are accurate and compliant with relevant regulations.
- Support budgeting activities by tracking expenses and assisting in financial planning efforts.




- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality of sensitive information.

Experience

- Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles, preferably in a full-time capacity.
- Familiarity with popular accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliation.
- Experience handling payroll processes and related compliance requirements.
- Ability to perform detailed account analysis and maintain accurate financial records.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Knowledge of budgeting practices and financial reporting is a plus.
