Classic is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Metal Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team. This role is ideal for a driven sales professional who enjoys helping homeowners find long-lasting roofing solutions. Qualified leads are provided, allowing you to focus on meeting with customers, building relationships, presenting customized roofing solutions, and closing sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Meet with homeowners using company-provided qualified leads.
- Conduct roof assessments and discuss customers' roofing needs.
- Present the features and benefits of our premium metal roofing systems.
- Prepare accurate estimates and professional proposals.
- Explain available financing options when applicable.
- Build trust with customers through honest, consultative sales.
- Close sales while maintaining exceptional customer service.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure a smooth installation process.
- Follow up with customers throughout the project and after completion to ensure satisfaction.
- Request referrals and customer reviews to help grow the business.
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity in the company's CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales goals.

Qualifications

- Sales experience is preferred; experience in roofing, construction,



or home improvement sales is an asset.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and closing abilities.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Comfortable inspecting roofs and working outdoors when required.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
