Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and their pets to the veterinary clinic
- Answer phone calls and schedule appointments
- Collect and update patient information in the computer system
- Assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians with various tasks
- Handle financial transactions, including processing payments and managing invoices
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and their pets

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
-Veterinary office experience is an asset
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Knowledge of basic veterinary terminology is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment




- Proficiency in computer systems and software applications

Skills:
- Laboratory: Basic knowledge of laboratory procedures and equipment used in a veterinary clinic setting. This may include sample collection, handling, and processing.
