This is not a lead-provided position.

- Complete Bathroom Renovations
- Custom Tile Installation
- Walk-In Showers

- Builder & Property Management Renovations

Compensation

100% Commission – No Cap on Earnings

Earn:

- 15% commission on every completed bathroom renovation package including demolition, reconstruction, shower installation and flooring.
- 20% commission (15% + 5%) on qualifying upgrades and add-ons including:
- Vanities
- Toilets
- Shower Glass
- Heated Floors
- Niches
- Pot Lights
- Track Lighting
- Backlit Mirrors
- Exhaust Fans
- Windows
- Multi-Jet Shower Systems
- Grab Bars
- Bathroom Accessories
- And other approved upgrades

Top performers have the opportunity to earn $230,000+ annually.

Commission is paid once the client has signed the contract and their deposit has been received.

This Role Is For Someone Who Can Generate Their Own Leads

You will be expected to source your own opportunities through:

- Door-to-door canvassing
- Cold calling
- Builder relationships
- Property managers
- Realtors
- Networking
- Previous clients
- Personal referrals
- Your own proven sales strategies

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must have:

- Minimum 5 years of professional sales experience
- Proven history of closing high-value sales
- Experience or strong familiarity with one or more of:
- Bathroom renovations
- Plumbing
- Tile
- Flooring
- Home renovations

- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Valid driver’s licence
- Reliable vehicle
- Smartphone
- Professional appearance and positive attitude

Business Requirments

This position is offered as an Independent Contractor.

You must:

- Have (or be willing to establish) an incorporated company or registered business.
- Be able to invoice 519 Home Repair & Reno for your commissions.
- Be responsible for your own taxes and business expenses.

HST will be paid on approved commission invoices where applicable.
