- Support payroll processing by ensuring accurate data entry and compliance with relevant regulations
- Maintain organized financial documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
Skills
- Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero is essential
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping principles, including accounts payable, receivable, and account reconciliation
- Experience with bank reconciliation, account analysis, and budgeting processes
- Knowledge of payroll processing and related regulations is a plus
