Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our agile kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality meals, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our guests. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to restaurant recipes and standards
- Cook menu items with precision, ensuring consistency and quality
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety protocols
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and sanitation
- Support serving staff by preparing orders promptly and accurately
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management
- Assist in plating dishes attractively for presentation




- Ensure all kitchen equipment is used safely and maintained properly

Requirements

- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or kitchen settings preferred
- Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety standards
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
- Familiarity with food handling regulations and sanitation practices
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed
- Passion for the food industry with a desire to learn and grow professionally

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour
