Civil Labourer

Location: North Vancouver, BC

Compensation: Competitive hourly wage based on experience

Schedule: Full-time with overtime available

Overview

Our client is hiring experienced Civil Labourers to support a major construction project in North Vancouver.

This is a hands-on role for someone with civil construction or concrete experience who is comfortable working outdoors, performing physical work, and supporting crews in a busy project environment.

Responsibilities

-

Support civil and concrete construction crews.

-

Assist with excavation, grading, site preparation, formwork, and concrete work.

-

Load, unload, move, and organize tools and materials.

-

Use hand tools, power tools, and small equipment safely.

-

Maintain a clean and protected work area.

-

Follow site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.

-

Complete other general labour duties as required.

Requirements

-





Previous civil construction and/or concrete experience.

-

Physically capable of lifting, carrying, bending, and working outdoors.

-

Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a crew.

-

Strong understanding of construction-site safety.

-

Reliable transportation to the North Vancouver project site.

Assets

-

Forklift experience and certification.

-

Boom lift or aerial work platform certification.

-

Scissor lift certification.

-

Telehandler experience.

-

Fall protection, WHMIS, or other valid construction safety tickets.
