Reporting to the Director of MIS/IT, your responsibilities will ensure quality IT service delivery throughout the union. Success in this role demands a Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science, complemented by at least 2 years of relevant experience.

Your technical acumen should encompass hyper-converged environments and IT best practices aimed at improving operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

- Support the expansion and use of technology organization-wide
- Provide daily IT support across various departments




- Collaborate with executives on technical and security requirements
- Participate in effective change management processes
- Monitor applications and systems for optimal performance

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Computer Science
- 2+ years of IT support experience
- Strong technical skills in an enterprise setting
- Knowledge of ITIL best practices
- Capacity to lift 50+ lbs
