Classic Landscapes is hiring experienced Landscape Installers with 2–3+ years of hands-on landscape construction experience.

We are a high-end residential design-build company in Winnipeg focused on quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and developing leaders.

This is not entry-level.

This is not maintenance.

This is skilled installation work.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Installing paver patios, walkways, and driveways
- Building retaining walls and steps
- Assisting with grading and base preparation
- Operating compact equipment (skid steers, mini excavators, packers, saws, etc.)
- Reading site plans and understanding elevations
- Contributing to efficient, organized job sites
- Helping lead apprentices and newer installers

You’ll be working on premium residential projects where precision matters.

What We’re Looking For

- 2–3+ years of landscape construction experience
- Solid understanding of landscape construction standards and processes
- Ability to work independently without constant direction
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Professional attitude on client sites
- Valid Class 5 driver’s license

Bonus if you:





- Have operated skid steers or mini-excavators
- Want to move toward crew leadership

Compensation

- $23–$28/hour (based on experience and skill level)
- Overtime after 10 hrs/day or 50 hrs/week
- Performance bonuses

Work Schedule:

Monday–Friday 7:00 AM start - 50–55 hours/week
Occasional Saturdays (weather dependent)
