Elma is a modern, Turkish-inspired restaurant in the heart of the Okanagan, known for its warm hospitality, vibrant flavors, and thoughtfully crafted cocktails. We are looking for an experienced and passionate Full-Time Bartender to join our team for the busy summer season. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, genuinely loves hospitality, and takes pride in delivering exceptional guest experiences.

What We’re Looking For:

- Minimum 2+ years of bartending experience
- Robust understanding of classic and contemporary cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits
- A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the service team
- Experience with POS systems, cash handling,



and compliance with liquor laws

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver exceptional and attentive guest service
- Prepare cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverages with consistency and care
- Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient bar throughout service
- Work collaboratively with servers, hosts, and kitchen staff to support smooth service
- Help uphold Elma’s standards for hospitality, professionalism, and atmosphere
- Contribute positively to a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
