Alhijra School, a private school, is seeking a full-time, enthusiastic, and motivated Physical Education Teacher for Elementary and Junior High students. We are committed to providing a positive learning environment that supports student success, physical well-being, and healthy lifestyles.

Qualifications

- Valid Manitoba Teaching Certificate.
- Minimum one (1) year of teaching experience preferred.
- Knowledge of the Manitoba Physical Education/Health Education curriculum.
- Strong classroom management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Respectful, flexible, and able to work with students from diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for promoting physical activity, teamwork, and healthy living.

Responsibilities

- Plan and teach engaging Physical Education and Health Education lessons based on the Manitoba curriculum.
- Create a safe, inclusive,



and positive learning setting.
- Encourage teamwork, sportsmanship, and healthy habits.
- Adapt activities to meet the needs of all students.
- Maintain a safe gym and outdoor activity environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and administration to support student success.
