F45 Coach – F45 Sheridan

Overview
F45 Sheridan is looking for high-energy, motivated, and team-oriented coaches to join our growing studio. As an F45 Coach, you’ll lead fast-paced, functional group training sessions that combine strength and cardio in a dynamic, team-based environment. We’re looking for individuals who can bring strong presence on the floor, connect with members, and deliver an exceptional training experience every class.

Key Responsibilities

- Coach F45 group training sessions using the F45 system, screens, and programming
- Deliver explicit, confident demonstrations of all exercises with proper form and technique
- Provide hands-on coaching, corrections, and modifications for all fitness levels
- Create a inspiring, high-energy atmosphere that drives member engagement and performance
- Build relationships with members and contribute to a strong community culture
- Ensure member safety by monitoring form, intensity, and overall workout flow
- Set up, organize,



and reset the studio floor before and after each session
- Support studio operations and contribute to team success

Qualifications

- Group fitness or personal training experience (F45 experience is a strong asset)
- Certification in personal training or group fitness (e.g., NASM, ISSA, CanFitPro, etc.) preferred
- Strong understanding of functional training, strength, and conditioning principles
- Ability to coach in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident in demonstrating and cueing exercises with proper technique
- Reliable, punctual, and professional with a team-first mindset
- Passion for fitness, community, and helping others achieve results

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Experience:

- Group fitness: 2 years (preferred)
