Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and versatile Site Superintendent with a minimum of 3 years hands on experience. This role requires a robust background in construction.

Main Responsibilities

- Oversee daily construction activities
- Make sure crews are working safely and efficiently, and that work is done according to plans.
- Manage subcontractors and trades
- Coordinate who is on site each day and ensure they have what they need.
- Ensure safety compliance
- Conduct safety meetings, inspections, and enforce safety protocols. Plan the sequence of tasks so the project stays on track.
- Check that the work meets building codes, drawings, and specifications.
- Report progress, issues, delays, and needs
- Daily logs, incident reports, deliveries, timesheets, etc.
- Schedule work
- Quality control




- Communicate with project managers
- Handle site paperwork

Experience

- Proven experience in construction
- Strong skills in carpentry, woodworking, flooring installation, and roofing
- Familiarity with construction estimating processes will be an advantage.
- Experience in restoration and remediation projects is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00-$35.00 per hour
