Job Summary
We are hiring General Labourers for a busy food production and catering setting in Markham, ON. This role is ideal for hardworking individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced setting and are committed to maintaining high standards of food safety and quality. Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is an asset but not required.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with food preparation, packaging, and assembly.
- Sort, label, and pack food products according to company standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations.
- Load and unload materials and supplies.
- Support production staff to meet daily production targets.
- Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.
- Perform general cleaning and other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food production, catering,
or manufacturing is an asset.
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team.
- CSA-approved safety shoes required.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
