Envirotech Ag Systems Ltd. part of Nebula Livestock is hiring for a Plumbing and Hydronic Heating Systems, Inside Sales and Support Position to join our growing team. We specialize in providing modern livestock equipment, farm systems, and agricultural solutions to farmers across North America.

This role and helps ensure smooth coordination between customers, suppliers, and our internal design and installation teams.

We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and interested in the agriculture industry with exceptional verbal English skills. Red Seal Applicants will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide quotes and coordination support for the sales team
- Assist with preparing quotes, proposals, and order documentation
- Communicate with customers regarding orders, delivery timelines, and product information
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing
- Maintain and update customer records and sales documentation
- Support scheduling of meetings, site visits, and project coordination
- Handle general office duties including phone calls, email communication, and document organization

Qualifications

- Robust organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Comfortable working with computers, spreadsheets, and MS office software
- Professional communication with customers and team members
- Interest in agriculture,



livestock production, or farm equipment
- Previous experience in sales support, administration, or customer service is an asset
- Red Seal Application will be preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $45,000.00-$88,000.00 per year
