What You’ll Do:

- Build & Expand Relationships: Develop and manage a strong portfolio of farm clients across North East Saskatchewan.
- Lead Agronomic Services: Deliver high-level field scouting, crop planning, precision agronomy, and custom product recommendations.
- Drive Business Operations: Oversee retail logistics, product procurement, inventory, and strategic input pricing (including prepay, booking, and in-season programs).
- Guide Strategy & Growth: Work directly with business leadership to develop long-term growth initiatives,



team capability, and market expansion.

What You Bring:

- Proven Sales & Network: A strong track record in agricultural sales and established relationships with growers in Western Canada.
- Solid Agronomic Expertise: Deep practical knowledge of crop inputs, agronomy, and regional growing conditions.
- Skilled Credentials (or Path to Get There): Member of (or eligible for) the Saskatchewan Institute of Agrologists (P.Ag / Tech Ag) and/or CCA certification (or willingness to achieve).
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to continue growing – not just professionally but personally.
