Role description

Job Title TPM Vendor Technical Project Management

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive TPM Support professional Vendor Technical Project Management to manage and support vendordriven technical programs ensuring seamless coordination timely delivery and strong stakeholder alignment across internal and external teams The ideal candidate will work closely with vendors engineering teams operations security and business stakeholders to drive project execution governance risk management and operational excellence This role requires strong technical program management capabilities vendor coordination experience and the ability to manage complex enterprise initiatives with minimal escalations

Key Responsibilities

Support endtoend technical project management for vendor programs across enterprise environments

Coordinate with external vendors internal engineering teams infrastructure security operations and business stakeholders

Manage vendor deliverables implementation timelines milestones and project dependencies

Track project progress risks issues and mitigation plans to ensure successful execution

Drive project governance compliance adherence and audit readiness across vendor engagements

Maintain project roadmaps status dashboards executive summaries and governance reports

Conduct impact assessments operational readiness reviews and implementation planning for vendorled initiatives

Facilitate regular project reviews stakeholder meetings and executive leadership updates

Ensure service quality SLA adherence and operational stability during and after implementation

Support incident reviews escalation handling and postimplementation improvement plans

Drive process optimization and continuous improvement for vendor management and delivery execution

Prepare and maintain project documentation including BRDs RAID logs SOPs status reports and governance presentations

Required Skills

Robust experience in Technical Program Management and Vendor Management

Understanding of enterprise infrastructure cloud services and operational delivery models

Experience managing thirdparty vendors and largescale technical implementations

Strong knowledge of project governance risk management and compliance processes

Excellent stakeholder management and crossfunctional collaboration skills

Strong reporting executive communication and documentation capabilities

Experience with project tracking tools such as Jira Azure DevOps ServiceNow or similar

Ability to manage multiple priorities in fastpaced enterprise environments

Strong analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills





Familiarity with managed services and enterprise operations support models

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology Engineering Business Administration or related field

PMP PRINCE2 Agile or Scrum certification preferred

ITIL Foundation certification is a plus

Experience supporting vendor management within large enterprise transformation programs preferred

Exposure to cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP is an advantage

Experience

5 years of experience in TPM Support Vendor Management Technical Project Management or Enterprise Program Delivery

Work Location

Hybrid Onsite based on business requirements

Shift Timings

Flexibility to support vendor coordination project delivery timelines and businesscritical implementation windows as needed

Benefits
Compensation range: $90,000.00 to $100,000.00 per year
