Job Summary
Aroi Thai is a modern Thai restaurant focused on refined dishes, thoughtful cocktails, and warm, attentive hospitality. Our bar program is designed to complement the kitchen, featuring Thai-inspired cocktails, curated wines, and sake. We’re looking for a skilled Bartender who values consistency, strong technique, and genuine guest experience.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Manage inventory of bar supplies and order as necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety and health regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
Requirements
- Proven bartending experience with strong mixology skills
- Knowledge of Asian ingredients and wine/sake pairing is a plus
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and cleanliness standards
