Summary
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Hosts to join our team at Ready Set Go Adventures in Toronto. In this role, you will welcome guests, facilitate their adventure, and ensure they have an unforgettable time. Your enthusiasm will help bring our immersive adventures to life and uphold our commitment to exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

- Provide excellent customer service.
- Explain rules and assist guests throughout their experience.
- Manage reservations and guest check-ins efficiently.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the adventure area.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed.
- Foster a fun and welcoming environment for guests .
- Perform as a live actor in our immersive horror-themed escape adventure.

Schedule Expectations
We are primarily hiring for weekend availability:

- Fridays: 3:30 PM – 12:45 AM
- Saturdays: 2 PM – 12:45 AM




- Sundays: 2 PM – 11:15 PM
- Weekday evening availability (3:45 PM – 11:30 PM) is an asset

Typical commitment: 1–3 shifts per week (approximately 10–20 hours).

Qualifications

- Excellent public speaking skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Previous guest services experience is preferred.
- Enthusiasm for adventure, puzzles, or escape rooms is a plus.
- Friendly, outgoing personality with good communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
