With our exciting expansion into a much larger flagship Shipyards location in Summer 2026, we are looking for an experienced Senior eBike Technician to grow with us long-term.

This role also offers a clear pathway toward a Service Manager position beginning as early as September 2026.

What You’ll Do

- Diagnose, repair, and maintain premium bicycles and eBikes
- Perform advanced mechanical and electrical troubleshooting
- Conduct diagnostics on Bosch and other eBike systems
- Build, tune, and prepare new bikes to the highest standards
- Support service workflow and maintain organized repair processes
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences through clear communication and care
- Assist junior technicians and contribute to a positive and supportive team culture
- Help shape and grow our expanding service department

What We’re Looking For

- 4+ years skilled bicycle mechanic experience
- Strong experience with eBike systems preferred (Bosch experience highly valued)
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Someone who genuinely enjoys speaking with and helping customers
- Strong relationship-building and communication abilities




- Ability to remain calm, positive, and professional under pressure during busy periods
- Strong team spirit and willingness to support others
- High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Leadership potential and interest in future management responsibilities
