Responsibilities

- Prepare and cook a variety of pizzas and pasta dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Ensure all food preparation meets safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining high standards of food handling and cleanliness
- Assist in meal preparation during busy service hours to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Serve food efficiently and courteously to guests, ensuring a positive dining experience
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and workstations




- Follow all food safety protocols and proper storage procedures for ingredients and finished products
- Collaborate with team members to uphold restaurant standards for quality, speed, and customer service

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or as a chef within a restaurant or food service environment
- Strong knowledge of pizza making techniques, pasta preparation, and related kitchen skills
- Excellent understanding of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours while maintaining attention to detail
- Effective serving skills with a friendly attitude toward guests
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment used in pizza and pasta preparation
- Prior experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is highly desirable

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
