Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of vehicle exteriors, including washing, waxing, and polishing to achieve a pristine finish
- Detail vehicle interiors by vacuuming, shampooing carpets, cleaning windows, dashboards, and upholstery with precision
- Apply protective treatments such as sealants or coatings to enhance vehicle appearance and longevity
- Inspect vehicles for any damages or imperfections and communicate findings clearly to team members or clients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of detailing equipment and work areas to ensure safety and efficiency
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client questions, explaining services performed, and ensuring satisfaction
- Follow all safety protocols and environmental guidelines during cleaning processes
Skills
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, products, and equipment used in auto detailing
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
- Attention to detail with a keen eye for spotting imperfections or areas needing extra care
- Good physical stamina for standing, bending, lifting, and performing manual tasks throughout the shift
- Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance or repair is a plus but not required
