We're looking for an experienced Mechanical Estimator to join our growing commercial construction team and play a key role in helping shape the future of our business.

What you'll do

Estimating is only part of the role.

You'll become an integral part of how we pursue, win, and successfully deliver projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Preparing detailed quantity take-offs and accurate cost estimates for commercial HVAC projects.
- Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documents to identify opportunities and potential risks.
- Developing bid strategies that position Maximum to win profitable work.
- Working closely with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing while building long-term relationships.
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, general contractors, and industry partners.
- Collaborating with Project Managers and Operations throughout the estimating process to ensure estimates reflect real-world execution.
- Leading comprehensive project turnover meetings, ensuring successful bids transition seamlessly from estimating to operations.
- Continuously improving estimating processes, pricing databases, and lessons learned to strengthen future bids.
