Job Overview

We are seeking motivated Air Medical Case Managers to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will coordinate and oversee transports, ensuring seamless communication between healthcare providers, families, and our flight teams. Your attention to detail and expertise in case management will help deliver outstanding patient experiences during critical moments.

Duties

- Coordinate logistics for air medical transports, including scheduling, aviation, ground transports, documentation, and resource allocation.
- Communicate clearly with flight crews, hospitals, and families to ensure all parties are informed and prepared for the transfer.
- Prepare quotes with travel options for our clients.
- Work with hospitals around the globe to secure beds for our patients.
- Maintain accurate case files, documentation, and compliance records throughout all processes.
- Work in a fast paced,



high intensity environment where each day brings new challenges.

Experience & Job Requirements

- No direct experience necessary, although experience with office administration, healthcare, or travel logistics will be an asset.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is an asset.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
- Must be able to communicate professionally on the phone and via email.
- Extreme attention to detail is a necessity.
- Typing speed of minimum 45 wpm.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel.
- Schedule: Must be able to work 4 days on, 4 days off. We operate 7 days week, 365 days per year
- Hours: 10 hour shifts with ranging start times of 05:00 - 12:00, must be able to work early morning and evening shifts.
