Responsibilities

Manage and grow an established Quebec sales territory.

Develop strong relationships with existing customers while identifying new business opportunities.

Prospect through outbound calls, referrals, networking, and market research.

Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact through order completion.

Prepare quotations and recommend customized product solutions.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and accurate CRM records.
*
Collaborate with Customer Service, Production, Design, and Shipping teams to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Conduct account reviews and implement growth strategies.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
Qualifications

2-3 years of B2B sales or account management experience.
*
Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets.
*
Fluent in English and French (spoken and written).
*
Robust communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
*
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
*
Comfortable working independently while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
*
Experience using CRM software and Microsoft Office.
