THE COMPANY:

The High Prairie Registry proudly services our community for all life’s important milestones.

THE POSITION:

This role includes tasks such as: greet and offer services to customers, answer over-the-phone enquires, identify services required, access and navigate databases, maintain data integrity, calculate/collect/apply fees, balance financial transactions, follow policies and procedures, advise customers, secure storage of documents and information, follow document management protocol.

Skills required:

- Registry experience preferred

- CORES Level 1 and/or 2 preferred





- An Active thinker who can process a high volume of documents and accomplish several duties accurately and in a timely manner.

- 18 years of age or older.

- Clean Police Information Check.

- High School diploma or equivalency.

- Post-secondary courses in business, retail/and or computers would be considered an asset.
