Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic kitchen team. This role is essential in preparing high-quality dishes, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring a smooth flow of meal service. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food preparation, excellent culinary skills, and experience working in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties

- Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards
- Cook menu items efficiently while maintaining quality and consistency
- Assist with food prep tasks such as chopping, marinating, and portioning ingredients
- Ensure all food handling procedures adhere to safety and sanitation regulations
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment throughout shifts
- Follow food safety protocols to prevent cross-contamination and ensure proper storage of ingredients




- Support the kitchen team during busy periods by assisting with plating and order assembly
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply needs to management

Skills

- Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or food service roles within a restaurant or food industry setting
- Strong knowledge of food handling, safety standards, and sanitation practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent knife skills and familiarity with various cooking techniques
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Knowledge of meal preparation processes and kitchen equipment operation
- Experience with serving or customer service is a plus but not required
- A team-oriented attitude with a focus on quality and attention to detail

Pay: $17.20-$24.45 per hour
