Duties

- Thoroughly wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing stations and ensure proper storage of clean items.
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks as needed to support kitchen staff.
- Support the overall cleanliness of the kitchen by sweeping, mopping, and waste disposal.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during busy hours.
- Follow safety procedures related to food handling and sanitation regulations.
- Restock supplies such as napkins, condiments,



and utensils to ensure readiness for service.

Requirements

- Prior experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required; enthusiasm to learn is key!
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and sanitation standards in a commercial kitchen setting.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and bending.
- Strong attention to detail when cleaning and organizing kitchen areas.
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team.
- Basic understanding of food handling safety practices.
- Hospitality or hotel experience is a plus but not mandatory; a positive attitude and willingness to contribute are essential.
