ECOSAN Hygiene (www.ecosan.ca) is currently seeking a full-time Service & Sales Coordinator to work from our office located at 1540 Booth Avenue in Coquitlam, BC.

The Service & Sales Coordinator role is the face of our company in answering all incoming customer service phone calls and emails and supports the entire service and sales team with handling ongoing customer service requests, new account entries, invoice updates and ongoing administrative tasks such as general bookkeeping.

This is a full-time permanent position with hours of 8:30am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (no weekends, no evenings). Pay starts at $45,000.00/year ($21.64/hour) with two weeks paid holidays, company cell phone and health/medical benefits after 90 days. ECOSAN is a rapidly growing company so there is plenty of room for advancement.

The qualified candidate will have good knowledge of and experience using email systems, Microsoft WORD, EXCEL and is not afraid of IT systems such as our customer account management software. They also must enjoy being on the telephone working with customers and know the meaning of "smiling through the phone".

This is a fast-paced position and is ideal for someone with a polished telephone/email demeanour, great attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.
